- Lotuscom East Africa Ltd was established early 2020 at the onset of COVID-19 PANDEMIC with the main aim of;
- Providing reliable electronic vending solutions, to ease and secure airtime distribution in the industry within the Kenyan market, we use a secure system linked to point of sale devices (POS), Bluetooth Printers, Smartphone platforms via GPRS/GSM.
- Mitigating the ever-surging demand and supply challenges in the Telecommunication and other related industries.
So far, Lotuscom continue to build a strong clientele base and apparently over 1500 customers with devices/printers across the Kenyan market already trading.

Our trading model is based on a platform which uses Lotuscom POS devices/Web platform/Bluetooth printers/Smartphone platform to vend virtual products. The vendors operate using a prepayment float business model.
The company vends airtime for all telcos (Safaricom, Airtel, Telkom) and KPLC Prepaid and Postpaid tokens at a very competitive margins which are passed on to the vendors to ensure they experience value for their money.
Lotuscom offers pinless E-TOP UPS (electronic top ups) airtime of all networks that work on our android app and via the web. This application has revolutionized airtime distribution among consumers.
• We also offer Application Programming Interface (APIs) allowing application to access our data and services.
• In the Foresight, Lotuscom is working on the modalities to incorporate Fibre airtime and Data, Nhif, Water, Dstv, Zuku, Gotv bills payment as well to boost its viability and feasibility in the regional market.
